It's not a bad phone but depends on what you are looking for, I have a consumers report subscription, where they compare phones, I can screenshot here this one, where they do a detailed evaluation

I am not a fan of Samsung phones honestly... That's just personal taste obviously. I'm not really informed on the model you are considering. It could be a good device. I leave other users give you advice

Motorola are quite good phones! I can't stand Samsung ones honestly

Too much bloatware... You have a Samsung alternative app for every Google one there's in android, ending up with duplicates all over the phone. Also a too aggressive personalization and too many limits if you don't stick to Samsung ecosystem
