Does anyone use Fizz internet?
My partner and I are looking to switch internet providers. I'm so happy with Fizz mobile I'm considering switching to their internet service too. Any positive experiences? Any negative experiences? Thanks so much! :)

With the 30Mbps never had a problem, therefore, only positive experience for me
Like any other provider, you can have problem, remember that the infrastructure is Videotron.
The only problem that I can see , the wifi has an average coverage, but if the wifi coverage is a problem for you, you can connect a personal router. ps I don't like repeaters.

I have had internet since 2020, and my sons are able to use it for gaming, watching videos and other teenager staff without any complaints. Therefore, for me is a good one.

I am using fizz internet, the modem needed to restart to get wifi back, but it gets better recently. The modem may have some issues, I am still monitoring it.
If you stay longer with fizz, you will get perks to cut the price lower, so, moneywise, it is a good option.
P.S: I am using the plan with 30M speed, this is the cheapest one for now. If you care stability, some people recommend Bell.

Same here, no issues with 200/30 plan.

30MB plan is decent for all usage if you dont have any hungry need for data like 4k streaming for multipple device

I had a mobile plan for a while and decided to also get home internet one year ago. I was hesitant because of some stories I read on this forum, problems with stability, installation, wifi etc.
The connection was moderately unstable the first few days, then it stabilised and stayed very stable for a full year now. I unplug the modem and let it cool down for about 10 minutes each week, maybe it helps.
I took a morning appointment for the installation, and contacted CS by chat to let them know the installation had to be made in a different room than the one where the cable was. The technician showed up in time with extra cable and all the tools needed to install it. Everything was done swiftly, at no charge, as I pluged the modem myself. I cancelled my previous provider after the installation, just to be sure.
My computer is hardwired, but I use the wifi with the phone. I get a good wifi connection even when outside the appartment, on the balcony. Maybe I'm lucky.
I have a 30 Mb plan that went from $45 to $35 (minus $5 of upgrades, reward points pile up fast with 2 services), so no complaint about the price either.

I have the 30/10 mbs package in Quebec City. The speed is as advertised and the data is truly unlimited (upload and download) for this plan. Also, I don't have to continually do reboots to maintain this speed. Another advantage of Fizz, when I subscribed, I had chosen the 5 mb package. A few weeks later, I got the 15 mbs for the same price and now I switched to the 30/10 mbs package for $4 less at $35/month. Just check Fizz's offers regularly because you can change plans at any time. Also, the wifi modem/router and the basic installation are free. So I am very satisfied with this package.

Over 2 years with Fizz, stable connection, very few problems, as iy was mentioned above, the infrastructure is Videotron.
30 Mbs is fine for regular use, higher speed if more than one person streams 4K or play games in your household.
For WiFi, i suggest to connect the supplied modem with a router.

For me they are great. Good perks, good service, I have not had any problems. And incredibly quick customer service, fast internet too, but it depends on where you are

For me 1 years and half with internet and no issues… But what is deplorable is the super longggg chat from customer service.. but It’s the only thing we have of bad for have an excellent internet service I guess :)

I think it depends by the time of the day. Sometimes I am connected right away with a rep while other times the wait is quite long
