Great phone for trips to USA. FYI, AT&T uses mainly band #5 850Mhz, T-Mobile uses bands from #12 thru #17 all 700Mhz good for indoor communications, as well as band #66. Your phone will get the job done!

I just bough one A53 and I love it.
Great phone, except it doesn't have wireless charging like many of its competitors...
My only gripe is the camera placement in the centre of the top part of the screen.
Otherwise the specs themselves look great. A nice phone and the price to match.

Still no news. We have no idea what's going on appart from the fact that they have got the phones in stock and received our money.
Sorry for being so negative, I was (and still am) frustrated. It's scary knowing that someone who bought a phone back in November 2022 is still in the same situation as me.
Fizz chat support is no help and the ticket they gave me seems utterly useless. (I've had my ticket for a week and no news)
When you bought the phone, did you signed a contract or something?
I didn't sign anything but there's conditions for the 320$ off (I think it's something like you need to stay with Fizz for 24 months or you need to repay said 320$.
Ok, but was there any mention regarding the timeframe for delivery?
It says: "Expected delivery date:2023-01-23" and "Estimated delivery time: between 2 and 5 business days".
Also: "Order date: 2023-01-19".
They opened a ticket but still no info, they say that they are manually trying to fix the issue when I message them and that the order has still not been processed. They confirmed they received the money in full and that the order is confirmed though and I received an email confirming my purchase.
This is very frustrating, especially nowadays in 2023. They are "manually trying to fix the issue", seriously?
This is what I got:
"It still appears on my screen as being processed, however to speed things up all workarounds are applied manually by the tech team and they don't necessarily have to appear in the system yet."
"It is not the same situation, as mentioned before this issue is being treated manually. The tech team usually only let's us know when the ticket is resolved or they need additional information. We really appreciate your understanding despite the circumstances."
