@mamie - nope - the reason I cannot gift data is that apparently the data is rollover. The error does not say anything that gives a hint about this. And a further issue comes up... if I cannot gift data, then why is the app always telling me to do so. Huge product flaw, but when I told @FIZZ_Support about it, I didn't hear, "we'll log it as an enhancement request", just a very unsatisfactory song and dance.
