Reimbursement on the wrong credit card

Hi
I have unsubscribed one of my adresses `internet services with Fizz, due to moving to another adress.
On that adresse there were 2 modes of payment the old credit card that was lost and not used for payments since March , and a new Credit card that was used since March till August.
The reimbursement went on the lost card and I cannot get it.
Any help ?

is your old credit card with the same bank? and it is the same card you have just renewed because you lost it?
Did you contact your bank?
because the bank should be able to sort it out
