I'have been trying to reach the costumer service

I have been trying to reach the costumer service for help on adding my payment plan because i have reached the maximum amount of attempts. They tell me to ask correspond with them but when i try to chat with them it just dissapears.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I've been waiting for an hour and half in their chat support and keeps pushing me back in the queue and stop updating the queue for some reason this is infuriating.

Fizz's website & Customer service is the worst there is.
Sorry you had to deal with it. There are clear issues with their website, including the chat, yet they've been ignoring them for months.
I guess you get what you pay for, and fizz is the cheapest provider out there.

By opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
You can also do it on Facebook: https://facebook.com/fizzca.
You can chat in direct
· Sign into your account
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
· If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
