How to redeem the new sim card ?

Hello, I would like to know how to ask for a new sim card.

I received an email from fizz to redeem for free the sim card but when I click in the link provided it doesn't work.

    For some problem whit Fizz website it might help clearing cache, deleting cookies or for Apple user go to safari and clear history and website data.

    You can try using another browser such as Firefox or internet explorer or a private browser

    Hey the red message means you already have an order placed for a new card, check your account : settings -> transaction history (you have to choose all transaction to see the sim card transaction)

    I checked the transaction history and there is not order placed.
