I bought the phone for mom but you guys have zero contact care.. i set the account in my name.. i need help or canceling

For help before canceling you need to contact Fizz by yourself because they don't answer question here

theres no need to cancel if you havent paid nothing from now. If you did. Next month will be cancel if you dont do paiement.
its a prepaid service.
