My SIM card is still in status "activating pending'

Not only my activation is not completed after more 16hours, but when I tried to call the #cell is reserved with FIZZ, someone else answered, how is this possible ?

    If they gave you an already owned number there might've been a mistake when creating your account or with the SIM card they gave you.

    If I was you I would try contacring Fizz support directly to clear that up

    That was I think too, but how to really get to talk to the Support @ FIZZ?

    At the bottom of the page you can click on "contact us"

    And it says how to contact them in that page, you need to go in the FAQ and a green popup with a interrogation mark will appear, click on that and it'll give you chatting options
