The one that can provide fiber(FTTH) to your home. In my case this is Virgin.

If you need extremely high speed, Bell is good for the fiber option and usually offers good deals to bundle with home TV. Otherwise, Fizz is good 😁

Although I hate Bell, they do have the speed advantage. If you're able to benefit from the very high speeds they provide, anyone with true fiber like Bell would be a great option.

Otherwise, the price to speed ratio is great with Fizz.

    Fizz is the best

    1) Affordable price

    2) Reliable

    3) Location of modem included

    It depends.

For me is Virgin, because they have the FTTH.

It's all about your needs and affordability

I did a lot of personal research recently and for price to performance fizz is the best imho especially if you consider the discounts you unlock once you level up. I think you can get up to $5 off max correct me if I'm wrong. I'm new so I only have 1 upgrade slot open, but will soon be getting a 2nd slot. I also got the 200mbps plan at the promotional price of $53 recently. Modem and activation are included at no extra cost. If you need the coaxial cable in your house rerouted or brought in from the outside during the initial installation that's also included at no extra cost. So that's why I think fizz is the best value of all the ISPs.

Fizz for the price, Bell for the speed (only if you really need it though)

  • Fizz value for money

I was with Virgin mobile and I don't really remember how many times they increased my price without any particular reason. Also the connection by DSL in my building was really bad. I passed to Oxio, which partially uses the videotron network as backbone and I am really happy with it. It goes through the cable, it is very reliable and the actual speed is always higher than the theoretical one. The prices are comparable to Fizz internet's ones.

Yeah but seriously, they have crazy prices and they changed them without even noticing the customer sometimes. With Virgin, which is own by Bell, I had to call them every few months just to have the price adjusted again and again.

Main problem is that even if they give you a proper notice, they don't give you a real choice.
