    • Transferring mobile plan to another Fizz account

    Hello,

    So I have a mobile plan and and internet plan with fizz, but on two separate accounts (my roommate has the internet plan). I would like to combine them by switching over my mobile plan to my internet account. I think it's much less of a hassle than canceling than being without internet for some time, and I'll be able to enjoy the rebates on both.

    Before I cancel my mobile plan, I would like to make sure that I will be able to keep the same phone number. I already have a Fizz SIM card, so it shouldn't be an issue, right?

      Here is the official statement from Fizz:

      The short answer, unfortunately, is no. 

      As much for a mobile plan as for an Internet plan, our systems do not allow the transfer from one account to another. It is also impossible to group several accounts together. These are features we are working on, but for now, it is impossible. 

      The only alternative is to unsubscribe from the plan in the account you want to leave and resubscribe to a new plan from the new account. And that is why we are working hard to address this situation as soon as possible.
