Error message: Last line no longer available on iPhone 12
After transferring my number to Fizz, when I am calling my favorites with car play, I get the message: "Last line no longer available". An error message appears on the screen and I can select call or cancel. Tapping on call will direct the call but it is not safe while driving.
According to multiple sites, this is a known issue and there is multiple fixes but not good for everyone.

The solution is to Clear the recent calls ((Recents> Edit> clear and also remove all favorites. Favorites can be added back and it solves my issue.
