Where is the technician?!
My appointment was scheduled for today between noon and 5pm. The technician never showed up to drop off my modem, and never contacted me to let me know that they would be late. As of 4:55pm, my account says that I missed my appointment - but I have been home all afternoon. There is no phone number to contact anyone and the chat function is broken. How do I get in contact with someone to figure out where my modem is?

Hi,
maybe the technician was unable to fulfill is engagements due to the previous installation which would have taken longer than expected. However, it is strange that it is indicated that you were not present for the appointment if in fact it was the technician who was unable to attend in time.
Unfortunately, you'll have to reschedule a new appointment...
You can reschedule another appointment yourself from the account by going to My plans → Manage my plan → Appointments. Once 24 hours have passed since the appointment's due date, the Reschedule button will appear there. You can then choose a new date and time that works best for you
P.S: Once 24-hours have elapsed since the due date of the appointment, the «Reschedule» button will appear.

Did they send you a confirmation email for your modem appointment? Cause if they did, there might be a contact number at the bottom of the email, or maybe you could reply to that email with your concern.

Replying to the email is a good idea. The contact number at the bottom of the email went to a voicemail box with a message recorded in French.

@Dapfizzer Fizz' website says that the technician will call you if they are not going to show up within the scheduled appointment time. So it seems like the technician just didn't show up and also didn't follow the policy of calling. Fizz has also been slow to respond to my queries via FB messenger. So far I'm not impressed by this service. I rescheduled my appointment, but if this happens again then I'm going to cancel my service request and move to another company.
