Hi! I’m a member since july 2020 and been using the 120mbps plan but i’m still getting charged the old price which is 60$.
Is it possible to access this special and reduce the price of my plan?

Absolutely:
Change it once to 200 Mbps. Then you can change your plan again and you can get 120 Mbps at the new price. If you make both changes today (or at least 48 hours before your renewal), you'll be good to go.

Yes, on the website, change your plan to another speed/price, and then change back again to 120 speed, which will have the new price listed. An extra step but worth it!

Presumably, you can change to a slower plan and then speed up too.

Since the offer is valid until July 15th does that mean we will see a price hike at that date or will our 50$ offer stay if we took it ?

This will be your price going forward. You need to sign up/switch plan before that date.
