I was wondering, I am planning on moving over to Fizz and with the unlimited texting, will I have to add the Canada + US coverage to send and receive texts from the US? Just want to clarify before joining, thanks.

In the case of SMS texts only, you can have any coverage (Quebec, Canada or Canada + US) and you be able to send and receive texts from US phone numbers.
The coverage determines where you can use your mobile service and also the locations where you will be able to make/receive calls & send outgoing texts.
If you want to be able to send texts while you are in US, then you should have the Canada + US coverage.
If you want to be able to send and receive picture texts (MMS) while you are in the US, then you should have the Canada + US coverage.
