I changed phones, how do I change the IMEI on file

I changed phones a while ago, but I have never gotten around to changing the IMEI of Fizz’s database. How does one do such a thing?

    I think but i am not shure it may take a month to change by itself

    I did nothing and it’s my new phone that’s showed there

    You don’t have to change your IMEI.

    I had a IPhone SE and i change for a XR and it’s change nothing whit Fizz. If you go for another provider you just have to give your actual IMEI and it’s done.

    Thanks for the reply,

    I know I don’t have to, but I should be able to. That way if my phone is ever stolen, then I can block the IMEI from the North American database (blacklisting) by declaring it lost through fizz.

    Your new phone IMEI is in your account in phones between plans and setting. I just Check mime !

    That is exactly what I thought too, but in my case it still shows my old IMEI

    Mayby the support can tell you when the change is suppose to appear

    good point, I’ll try to go through support. Did you buy your new phone through fizz.? (I did not)

    No, I bought it from a friend a year ago, a use onze.

    After a year and a half your new phone should be showed in your account

    There is a error in my account because it’s 128g and they show 256
