If I buy travel data from one country in a group (Italy/Europe for instance) can I use it in another country in the same group (Spain/Europe for instance).

My daughter had the following problem. She bought travel data for Italy while she was in Italy - and she had some data left - then she moved to Spain and bough another one for Spain. Now she has both active and it is taking from the one for Spain leaving the first one from Italy with some left over.

So the questions are : 1. Why did it start using Spain before Italy ends ( I guess this could be explain with the fact that it prioritizes the package with the country where you are) however here it comes the other one 2. Is it going to use/start using the Italy package after the Spain one finishes.

Have you tried to check with customer service? I'd like to know their answer because if the person replying before you said that you can use the same plan for different countries in the same group, it's odd that it started using the Spain plan before using all the data from the Italy plan.

    Hi @Nilvap

A Travel Add-On is an Add-On to your monthly plan that allows you to use data in a selected zone. A Zone is a group of countries that all share the same rate for data texts and minutes. In the Travel settings interface, enter the name of your destination country to see the zone, the countries included, and rates that apply.

A Travel Add-on is a one-time package that takes effect immediately and lasts until the end of your next payment cycle.

Moreover, in europe de SIM can be used in all the other countries :D, sometime with some speed or quantity limitation for the data

Thank you - yeah - I'll ask her chat and check with the customer service as described in the other post.

Thanks. Yeah - I know about eSim options however it has to be supported by the phone. Which is obviously not the case. There are also physical esim cards but again they also have some limitations and they cost initial investment.
