Hello,

My Samsung Galaxy A32 has had a "new voicemail" alerting notification for weeks but when I tap it and open my voicemail account the inbox is empty and no new messages. I cannot dismiss the notification either.

    Hi @Wyvernhail

Try leaving a new message in your voicemail, this will certainly have the effect, when you delete it, of thereby deleting the first one that is stuck on the available message indicator.

Have you tried restarting your device, because often the simplest solution is the most effective.

Have you tried clearing the "phone" app cache if you have an Android?

Did you try to call the voicemail and to not use the application, or the other way around? The number: 1-514-647-0999.

If you need to reset the PIN

Modify your access code (PIN) directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).

IMPORTANT: Unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.

       •   Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

       •   Choose the option 💬 chat

       •   If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Adding a new message and deleting it worked. Thanks.

Hello @Wyvernhail, thanks for sharing the solution worked for you. Another option you can try if it happens again is to to the 'app and notifications' settings of your device and clear the cache and stored data for that particular app, this is a type of soft reset for apps.
