To gift a perk to another Fizz member:
Some perks are giftable to other Fizz members. A perk that is gifted, however, cannot be regifted: it must be activated and used by the recipient or else it’ll be lost.
- Log into your account.
- Check that the Fizz member to whom you’d like to gift your perk to is listed in your Fizz contacts.
- In the left column, click on the summary that shows your My Rewards level. You can also scroll down below your usage summary to My Rewards and click on See details.
- In the perks section, click on Available.
- Click on the perk you’d like to gift.
- Select Gift to gift it to that lucky Fizz member you chose.

That I know of, the only requirement is that you need to have an active mobile plan.
Do know that the perks do expire after a number of days (like 60 or 90 days) if they aren't used.
If you are eligible but not receiving these perks, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
They will surely be able to help you.

Received my 5 GB today too! I thought I need a data plan to receive it, but with the 250 MB data upgrade, I still received the 5 GB perks. Thanks Fizz!

Yes, just click on it and you will see «Gift» or «Use». So you can choose for each 1 GB (before the expiration date) to gift it or use it (data available during one month).

sorry guys but I am really overwhelmed with free data !
too much is too much ! 30gb + 5Gb + upgrade + perks : I don't have time to swallow such enormous data
my battery is drying up quickly because my data plan is fat as hell.
I have 15Gb remaining before they got expired in the next 48H....
is not ironic ? I m upset because I m flooded with free stuff at Fizz and I dont have time to use them all 😂
we become spoiled kids who keep asking more food but incapable to finish the entry...
