How to check international data plan?

Hi folks!

The title says it all. I bought a travel add on to use in Argentina, and now that I'm here I'd like to check my daily usage so as to not go over my limit... But I can't find how to do that. The usual place where I check my data usage only shows my "home location" data usage, which has been at 0mb since I travelled.

Anyone know how to switch? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Clara,

    if this Add-on appears correctly in your Transaction History this option should actually be present to allow you to see the use of your Travel Add-on, however if this is not the case I suggest that you contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation as well as provide you precise answers. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
