The minute you subscribe on fizz.ca, you’re at level 1 and receive from the get go:

Fizz is very user friendly and give us many perks and upgrades! the 250 free mb is only one of the many upgrades you can apply to your fizz account! once you keep levelling up the more upgrades and upgrade slots you will unlock
