Speed test result much lower than my plan
Hi, I just got Fizz network installed today, I runned the Fizz speed test for several time i App, the highest speed from internet to hub is 12M/s, much lower than I expected. speed from hub to device is over 500M, that is fine. I also runned the Google speed test tool, the result is lower than 8M/s. My plan is 120M/20M. great gaps there. Can you give me some ideas. Thanks.

If you still have the problem chat with Fizz support:
· Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

This seemed common on new installs. Just a mis-assignation of speed from Fizz.
This can only be fixed by chatting with Fizz.
Chat bubble is one tool to reach Fizz. To chat:
- Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
- Look bottom right for the big ❔ question mark in a green bubble.
- Click it, options will be displayed
- Choose "💬 Chat"
- Note: the bubble will only display the chat for a computer version. If you are on a cell phone, you must check "Desktop site" in your browser settings.
- Submit your question with possibly a relevant screenshot or modem photo
- After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.
The advantages of Fizz bubble tool are that it is 24/7 real-time with waiting time management and the ability to print (e.g. PDF) a copy of the conversation for your records. Sometimes you can even leave a comment about your satisfaction with the conversation.

Exactly the same problem. New client, pay for 120 M/s, speedtest is 10 M/s. Really not impressed. Waiting for a replay on Whatsapp (it's been 15 minutes...)
Bubble is not working either, not shure if the problem is Chrome..

Upon chart with Fizz, they fixed the problem fast, and one technician came to confirm the situation. nice service!

Can you share what the fix was? Seems there are many people with exactly the same issue.
