I bought a fizz PRELOVED phone,I turn on the DATA, it doesn't work, HELP!!!

I bought a fizz PRELOVED phone,I turn on the DATA, but it doesn't work, when i restarted the phone, it still didn't work, but when i changed the card back into my old phone, the data worked. Could someone help me ?

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.
