Internet does not work

Hello, I received a mail with the update of the payment data, and this happened this morning, on the date of the class, not a day or two before the class. Why is the Internet disconnecting from me in this way 12/20/2021?

    This has been an issue and complaint for a while. This is changing starting Feb 2022. Started Feb 2022, they will be notifying about payment issues 3 days in advance. Unfortunately, this does not help you for this instance :(
