The only effective method to contact Fizz is the chat !
They are very easy to reach whit chat. Just be shure to be connect to your account ( top right of your screen ) and click on the link in blue. The bubble will appear down the screen.
Might help clearing cache, deleting cookies or for Apple user go to safari and clear history and website data.
You can try using another browser such as Chrome, Opéra, Edge or Firefox

To Chat with Fizz support:
· Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

i tried that chat option, the chat window is not loading, contacted them through whatsapp, no reply 😐️
same here. I opened a ticket through chat but no update after 4 days.

Tomorrow will be a week that my ticket is opened and I haven’t got any updates.
I passed my order twice, so I have now 2 finance approvals and no phone from Fizz.
