Have no issues on my end, but outages are usually localized. When you unplugged the modem, WAIT 5 minutes before pluging it in again. Then you will probably need to wait up to another 5 minutes for the 2nd and 3rd lights to go blue.

    If you look here: https://downdetector.ca/status/videotron/

It does seem that there was an outage not long ago on the videotron network. This may be what is affecting your connection.

If that fails, they you will need to contact Fizz. Fizz Customer service agents are only available online.

    • Sign into your account
    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services or https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/etat-services
    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
    • Choose the option 💬 chat
    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..

    Other means of contact

CHAT however is the quickest method, but facebook is the easiest.

There does not seem to be a problem with the internet service. Have you completely unplugged your modem? Rebooting can fix issues, but unplugging for a minute can fix even more.

There is no reported issue. Please do a full power cycle on your modem, then wait 5 minutes and try again.

My service was down for about an hour yesterday. I'm in Montreal downtown area.
