hello , i'm new to Fizz , when should I get my 5G bonus , since I suscribded, before the 30 th of november ?

    It's a matter of time if you met the conditions

    The 5 GB promotion will be awarded as five (5) My Rewards perks of 1 GB each. These perks will be available for 60 days starting December 1, 2021, after which the five (5) My Rewards perks of 1 GB each will expire. My Rewards perks are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred. The terms and conditions of the My Rewards program apply.

    It should be December 1st. Seeing that you haven't received them, I suggest you reach out to fizz support so that they may help you sort this out (My settings --> Contact Forms ---> Green Chat Bubble )
