monthly fees change when applying for a plan

I wanted to go with the 200mbps wifi plan at $75 a month but when i add for the installation to be done by them it jumps to $135 is that just a one time fee or will i have to pay that amount every month or $75??? please help.

You probably selected VIP installation, which is a $60 option. Self install is free.

However you really should follow the good advice of Emporium, you would save $60 for the installation which is very simple to perform.
