Hello Community,

I am planning to change my internet provider from EBOX to Fizz. I realized that I am responsible to cancel the service from my previous Internet provider. This brings up an issue: I don't want to lose access to the internet. If I cancel it too early, I will have no connection for a few days. If I do it too late, will the cut-off of EBOX affect the service from Fizz?

So my question is how should I plan the switch correctly? Should I cancel it before or after I get the service from Fizz?

Hi,

you do not have to interrupt your current service until you have completed the transition to Fizz. Personally, I would choose my plan and following the appointment with the technician, I would only unsubscribe at that moment.

And dont forget the referral code promotion for a discount of 50$ when you are going to order your plan. : )

The referral code must be entered when the person is activating their plan in the field provided at the bottom of the order summary.
