I have buy a new phone and reiceve it yesterday.... now i am out of data 😅 but in the advertising they say reiceve 30 gig when you buy a phone . I need it now???

    Hi,

    expect on average a 30-day delay following the receipt of your phone to see this 30GB deposited in your account. Once deposited, this perk will be available for activation for 60 days, and once activated on your mobile plan you’ll have 60 days to use it after which this 30GB will expire.

    It can take up to 30 days but from past experience it usually takes around 10 business days. They wait until all the payments are settled.

    However, as mentioned, you could reach out to customer support and ask them whether they can help you out with it
