Hi! I get an error message (see attached) when I try to edit my profile. I've tried to do so for a few days, but I still get the same error.
Thoughts as to why?
You should try with another browser or clean your cache and browser history.
After changing your password, you may need to clear your internet browser's cache (delete your history and your cookies).
log out of your Fizz account, as well as on the community hub, then log back in on the community hub and then you'll be able to make changes to your profile. : )
