As others have said, check for texts from Fizz. It may contain the PIN you are looking for.
Otherwise you will need to contact Fizz support https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us.

Go to My Plans -› Manage plan -› Advanced Parameters -› and choose the option to reset your PIN number as shown on this screenshot.0

If you lost your SMS you must contact the support

You can also fill a contact form

If you dont want nip, you only have to disable the option in your mailbox settings. You will always need a nip, but you will not be asked every time you check the messages on your phone1

This isn't working for me. I can't contact FIZZ and I can't change my pin. Is there an easier way to do this?
