My last payment did not go through but and it seems its blocking me from transferring my number to another company. Is there a workaround for this?
Unfortuntely, to transfer a number (with any company), you NEED to have an ACTIVE account. If the number is in a suspended mode, no actions are permitted on it.
If you have already made up your mind to transfer, I'd suggest you change the plan to the lowest one available (I think it is $12), and then make a payment to activate.
