Why doesn't the app work with LTE/Data/3G/4G/5G?
It's a bit ridiculous to expect people to make payments to an app that can exclusively be accessed through a WIFI connection if the WiFi is disconnected due to a missed payment. I can pay through the website but not the app? What's the point of having an app then?

Which app are you referring to?
As far as I know, Fizz has only a Wi-Fi app. None for account management.

That's the app I'm talking about, why is it only accessible through wifi but not data/LTE/3-4-5G? it's not really gonna solve anything but I'm curious as to why that is and how that works.

I've tried asking them but they answer the exact same thing as bots, then refer me to this forum and tell me to ask my question there. So here I am 😅
