Voicemail
I have a preferential rate. I want to add voicemail, but get a popup saying that I will lose my preferential rate if I make changers to plan.
Will my plan change rates change or will I only be charged the rate for voicemail?

I guest it will, but to be perfectly sure I suggest you to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

Since it is part of the initial offer you had, it will probably change your rate as well sadly.

I would try to keep the same plan you probably a beta testeur. Try to see if you didn't have the voice mail in your bonus you can add it in your slot so you will have voice mail with out changing your plan. I does that long time ago. I hope it work for you
