Lost my phone but want to keep same number in my sim card

Hi, I lost my phone and just received a new sim card but I want to re put my old phone number. They said I can do it when there's the little buble chat but it's not there. How can I do it otherwise? Thanks !

    Sorry to hear you lost your phone.

    Yes, Customer service should be able to change the SIM card assigned to your phone, and keeping the same number.

    • Sign into your account
    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
    • Choose the option 💬 chat
    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
