From the top the first icon is green (power), the second one is flashing in green (download) and the 2.5G is green. I don't know what is wrong. Thanks for your help.

Actually, it should be green solid, the second and the third should be blue.

I suggest you to try to set up your modem again. See this Fizz link : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem

    Otherwise contact the customer service.

There's a way to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

You can also do it on Facebook: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

    You can chat in direct

    ·        Sign into your account

    ·        Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat

    ·        If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Other means of contact

    Whatsapp: (438) 393-5814

By private message on Twitter: https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

By private message on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/fizzca/

The direct chat, is usually the quickest option however.

If this is a new install, It can take easily 15 to 30 minutes from the time the technician activates the modem, till the moment it is provisioned. This is normal.

Just leave it. It will eventually give you the 2 blue lights for 2nd and 3rd lights.

After you get the blue lights, I strongly recommend leaving it alone for another 30 minutes, since it will take a few firmware updates and reboot a few times. If you try to mess with it, before it finishes all it's updates, you ay get frustrated :)

After that, you can continue the setup process, by logging onto http://192.168.0.1 from your PC.
