Rewards at late levels (5+)

I'm currently on Level 7, and my rewards don't really seem to be improving.
For example I already have three 2$ rebates on my internet and I just received an extra 2$ rebate (which is pointless as there's only 3 slots).
Just wondering if the rewards get better (higher rebates or data), or if they don't really serve a purpose at later levels?

For my phone I started with 250mb and not received 500mb so I’m guessing yes. My buddy told me he received 1gb

I believe there is a 3$ one at one point and also I beieve they only last 2 years so you will eventually be able to use that 2$ one when the others expire.
