    Hi Jennifer,

    if you have a computer using (Windows 10) connected to your Wi-Fi network, open it and follow these instructions:

    1. Make sure you're connected to your Wi-Fi Network.
    2. Open the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
    3. Select Network and Internet Settings.
    4. Click on Network and Sharing Center.
    5. Select the Internet connexion named as your Wi-Fi network.
    6. Select Wireless Properties.
    7. On the Security tab, click to show the characters.

    From your question, I am assuming you have forgotten your password ?

    If that is the case, the only way is to factory reset the modem :(

    Here is the procedure to try to recover, but as a final resort, you have to reset (listed as last step).

    In step #3, you login as cusadmin and try any password you remember, or you can even try the password printed on on the underside of the modem if you never changed it.

    if none of the above options work out for you, your last resort option is to restore your Wi-Fi modem to its factory settings.


     IMPORTANT: This will reset any changes that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings to date. You may also need to reconfigure your devices’ Wi-Fi settings (network name, password, etc.).


     Using a small, sharp object, press the reset button located behind the modem for 10 seconds.

    Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.
