Hi

I can't see when the employe try to talk to me , I only see the 3 dot moving and them ending the conversation

    Do you have any popup blocker installed ? You need to disable any popup blockers.

    Did you try maybe using another browser ? Edge maybe ?

    Are you doing it from a PC or a Phone/tablet ? From a phone/tablet, I think it needs to be in landscape mode :(

    I would like to add that if its a non-personal issue, you may as well try and ask your question here in the community forum.

    However if personal, try emporium idea to have a definitive idea on what the problem may be for future need.
