I just ordered two new Fizz SIM cards for my and my wife's iPhones. I have two questions re. activation procedure:

Can I perform the activation steps on Fizz website from my notebook, or do they have to be done from each iPhone (using mobile Safari browser)?
At what point in the process do I remove the old SIM card and insert the new one?

BTW, I want to transfer the phone numbers of both iPhones to Fizz.

It's very easy, just read the instructions provided by Fizz first, then proceed.

If you don’t have a SIM card, getting one is really simple. - If you’re buying a phone on fizz.ca, you can add one to your order. - If you plan to use your own phone, you’ll still need a Fizz SIM card. To order one, create your account on fizz.ca (unless you already have one). Once logged in, go in Overview, and select Get started in the create your plan tile.

I would like to sugegst you couple of things

I will create 2 different accounts (therefore using 2 emails) in each accounts one plan
In the first accout you need to use a referral code (pick one here https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2198337/this-is-the-place-for-your-referral-codes-here-and-only-here/p1)
When the first account is transfered, this can takes 2 hours, put the SIM in the iPhone
Login in the second account, transfert the second number here creating a new plan

If you are following this, at your second month you will have 100$ on the first account, and 50$ on the second

If your plan is 30$ the 3rd month you will no pay your bill and in the 4th you will pay 10$+tx

I second what Mike says regarding set up and referral codes.

To clarify: If you plan accordingly you will receive $150 in referral credits in total. Use someone else's referral code for account 1 and use your 1st accounts referral code for account 2!
