Its retired just like Fizzy.
You have to be level 10 before retired if you want your full rent :p (Maybe y will be level 6 before you ? joke im still missing about 2000 points to go there)

Reaching level 6 is no reason or rule to retire.

To be honest after level 6 there is no more rewards that matter, you cant get more slots, so doesn't matter how many upgrades you get you cant do anything.
I am level 6 and I got 3 slots for mobile and 3 for Internet, so no matter how many upgrades I have I can only use 3.
I hope that Fizz change that, I don't expect to get more discounts but I remember that at the beginning you got free stuff like (free international calls etc) but I don't see that anymore.

You dont get more slot but some bonus is better. For example some get 1Gb data on level 8 so its not so bad after the level 6. But its change over time so i dont now what wer get when we get there as of now.
