Issue with secure VPN connection with fizz Modem

Hi,

I have a weird issue. even if I am using a 120/20 mbps internet connection, I get issue with Dell Sonicwall VPN secure connection while connecting to my remote office PC. it's keeps disconnecting.

When Problem happens I have to reboot the Modem, after reboot everything works fine.

strange thing is when problem happens speed test keep showing 120/20 speed .

did someone else also facing similar issue ?

Is changing Modem or Internet connection is only resolution for this ?

please note I have two different wifi network for 2.4 and 5 GHZ . I always use 5GHZ connection.

    I also use VPN, everything is ok. I use my own router with fizz modem(bridge mode). Don't use WIFI of fizz router which is not stable.
