Hello, anyone else got a payment declined email?
I checked my bank account and I got charged twice. 🤨
What do I do? Are they aware? I'm still waiting for an answer from Fizz.

Today Fizz had some problem with the payment system, they will refund you, but you can contact the support
You can chat indirect
* Sign into your account
* Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
* Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
* Choose the option 💬 chat
* If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Hi, thank you so much. They seem to have a problem with the chat bubble. Anyway, do I have to contact them for the refund or it is done automaticly? Also, I'm not sure since i'm at work but I think my internet got cut off because of that 😕
