Hi how can we verify our pin to listen to our voicemail I don’t know how to do it

You need to press and hold 1 on your keypad, this will call your voicemail.

The operator will ask you to enter your pin: fizz sent you a random pin number by text when you first setup your sim card/transfered your account.

You can then change your pin options by pressing 4.
