I had something similar... go check in your plan and it should offer you to switch to the lower price for your plan.
You can also go to change your plan to check if there are more interesting options (I chose more data for an even cheaper price)

I had the 4 gig for 35 and now it's not available anymore. From what I understood, they changed the data bracket and are now offering 9 gig for 39.

I just changed my plan to the 40$ and now it’s saying my current plan is 43$ and the new plan is 40$ and I can adjust it. Very strange message..
