How i can transfers a purchase from another account to my actual account ?

So i bought a new phone on the fizz store but i forgot i was connected on another account of fizz that i never use, so my question is, can you transfers a payment of a new phone on your actual account ?

    try cancelling the purchase of that phone for the wrong account, maybe contact support if that option is not accessible on the dashboard

    then switch to the other account and make the purchase from there?
