Yes you can switch to another plan no problem.
For example people with a 60mbps plan at $ 50 were able to make the switch to the 120mbps plan which went down to $ 50.

Prices go up all the time, old plans become good deals down the road, get what you need and can afford today, if a better deals come up in the future you can switch to it.

No, you will pay $ 50 since you subscribed to this plan before the increase.

It is possible to pay more or less if the price grows up in the future, but I don't think that FIZZ will increase its internet price, maybe decrease it.
