You are outside the Fizz coverage area there. You can still use Fizz EXT there, but after 3 months of main usage outside the Fizz coverage area they will stop your account. You could always reduce your plan to the minimum for the 4 months you are gone to keep your number.
I haven't looked into it a lot, I am sure someone else will have more information or experience with this.

I'm moving to toronto for 4 months. Is there fizz service there? If not, is it possible to pause my current plan?
