Technician has not arrived
Hello,
I have requested for a wifi modem for my home, the address is 2300 saint Mathieu.
The technician called, but I wasn't at the place, so he said I'll send someone else to come to the place before 12 PM.
I'm reaching to you to ask if someone is coming to my place.

I guess you'll have to take another appointment... Technicians aren't employed by Fizz but by other companies like Vidéotron for exemple.

This same thing happened to me. You are supposed to be able to reschedule the technician visit 3 hours after the missed appointment. That didn't work for me so I had to go on chat with them.
It turns up the technician showed up unannounced the next day (which I was specifically told wouldn't happen). Maybe that will happen in your case but it's probably best to book a new appointment just in case it doesn't.
